It's an exciting year for us here at Surf You To The Moon as we present: BEACH FITNESS! Stay tuned for more updates on class time and events. But as just a brief overview we will be doing:
  1. FUN boot camps - don't burn out with the typical burpy and pushup sets most Boot Camps offer. The Surf You To The Moon crew will show you how to stay in shape on the beach and outside without burning-out this year.
  2. Beach Yoga - That's right you heard it! BEACH yoga! We know it gets a little chilly to get in the water, even if you love the water, so why not join us for beach yoga classes to work on overall flexibility?
  3. Strength Training - Aimed specifically for your water sports pleasure. Looking to stay in shape this holiday season but don't necessarily have the thick skin to stay in the water? Well, that's what this is about, keeping your paddling muscles in shape in and out of the water.
Not a surfer or a water sports fanatic? No problem. Our classes work for anyone who wants to stay in shape or get in better shape but NOT be in the gym.
